Materials and parts are additional unless specifically stated otherwise. The $249/month Home Maintenance + Labor plan includes routine maintenance materials such as HVAC filters and household-device batteries. Smart-device pricing covers compatible devices using suitable existing wiring or a prepared door; modifications are quoted separately. Larger projects, furniture pickup, and appliance work receive a quote based on scope and access. Specialized or licensed-trade work is not included.
Membership benefit: members receive 10% off additional eligible work. The labor membership includes the first two hours each month before the discount applies to further eligible work.
